Steve Damerow
Chief Executive Officer
Steve is Loyaltyworks' Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all functional areas and providing strategic vision for the company and its products. In a 20-year career marked by countless award-winning incentive programs, Steve has earned a reputation for formulating innovative concepts that change the industry. Steve is the founder of Loyaltyworks' sister company, Incentive Solutions, which he continues to run. Before starting companies of his own, Steve served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for U.S. Motivation and was an accounts representative with Osborne Incentives (later becoming U.S. Motivation).
Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Berry College, Rome Ga. He also holds Master of Science degrees from the University of Freiburg (Germany) and the American Graduate School of Management (Thunderbird) in International Economics and International Marketing, respectively.
Mark Herbert
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mark is a veteran of the incentive industry with over 20 years experience, much of it in the area of business operations. Mark's responsibility at Loyaltyworks is the overall management of the company. Earlier in his career, Mark was Vice President of Incentives and Technology for WorldTravel Meetings & Incentives, a company delivering $60 million of incentive travel programs and meetings annually. At WorldTravel, Mark oversaw the development of technology that automated the company's planning and meeting registration processes.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
Scott Ebert, C.P.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott's expertise includes strategic planning and analysis, financial and operational system design and implementation, SEC and IPO transactions and reporting, operations budgeting and planning, and lender/investor relationship management. Previously, as vice president of finance for NetEffect Corporation, Scott's strategic and tactical planning skills enabled the company to grow revenues six-fold in just one year. As corporate controller for AmeriComm Holdings, Inc., he helped develop and implement a highly successful strategy that took AmeriComm from 90 employees and two facilities to 4,000 employees and 27 facilities - with revenue swelling from $9 million to $390 million. Prior to AmeriComm, Scott was with Arthur Andersen LLP where he managed teams that provided clients with operational and financial consulting.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.
Hank Johnson
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
A 20 year, respected veteran of the incentive marketing industry, Hank oversees the Sales and Marketing organization as a Vice President at Loyaltyworks. He has built a strong sales and marketing team that is committed to integrity and excellence. Earlier in his career, Hank was an owner, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Touchtone Motivation Group, a leading performance improvement services company.
Hank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Kelly Held
Vice President of Information Technology
Kelly brings over 15 year of technology expertise to his role as VP of Information Technology, with the last 8 years in the incentives industry. He has developed solutions and managed technologies supporting a wide range of incentive programs including group travel, creative marketing, debit cards, and point programs. Kelly has authored and edited books on a variety of IT topics including Web development, database programming, and computer networking.
Kelly holds professional certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, and has previously held the prestigious CISSP security certification from ISC2. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Georgia.
Luke Kreitner
Vice President of Account Management
Luke is the driver behind the strategic planning and tactical execution that yields successful programs for clients. Luke and his account managers act as the "quarterback" during the program design and development process and later provide the day-to-day, post-launch support needed for positive program performance. Prior to joining Loyaltyworks, Luke spent seven years at Chevron Corporation in project management and marketing roles. He redesigned and managed Chevron's $2 million employee incentive program focused on improving convenience store operations and customer service.
Luke holds a MBA from St. Mary's College of California and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
