Mark Ninnemann, VP - Solution DesignMark is a seasoned veteran in the industry with 22 years of experience. His expertise has developed while holding key sales and marketing roles with leading organizations such as BI Performance Services, Carlson Marketing Group, Young America Corporation and Boomerang Marketing, an Internet-based consumer loyalty company.
Mark received Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, both from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
He has 10 years of experience in sales and solutions development with Loyaltyworks. During his tenure he has designed and implemented incentive, loyalty and recognition programs for numerous clients nationwide. Prior to Loyaltyworks, Tony has many years of client-side experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket for such companies as Walker Manufacturing, All Pro Auto Parts and Parts Plus Auto Parts, with an emphasis on developing channel loyalty programs for that sector.
Tony holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
Bill has 17 years experience with Loyaltyworks in the development, implementation and management of incentive and loyalty programs. He also possesses broad experience in distribution, manufacturing and financial services, including ten years in the investment industry with Merrill Lynch and E. F Hutton.
Bill holds a MBA from New York University, with a concentration in finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Niagara University.
She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including the development and implementation of incentive, loyalty and recognition solutions. Lisa has worked for solution providers Citadel Motivation/S&H Citadel, Carlson Marketing Group and Development Dimensions International. Her client-side background includes positions with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Joseph Development Company, a real estate development firm.
Lisa holds a MBA, with a focus in marketing, from the University of Southern California and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication from California State University, Long Beach.
He has 10 years of experience in sales and solutions development with Loyaltyworks. During his tenure he has designed and implemented incentive, loyalty and recognition programs for numerous clients nationwide. Prior to Loyaltyworks, Tom spent more than 30 years in sales and management roles in construction-related industries, running and operating retail and distribution centers and as a custom home builder.
Mike has 11 years of legal, planning, marketing and business development experience, working for Bass Hotels and Resorts, hSupply, McElroy, Deutsch & Mulvaney and King & Spalding. Most recently, Mike was an Account Manager for Loyaltyworks, overseeing a variety of client programs.
Mike holds a MBA with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
