Mark Ninnemann, VP - Solution Design

Mark partners with clients, Loyaltyworks' regional business development VPs and our internal team to design incentive, loyalty, performance improvement and recognition solutions that help our clients meet their objectives. His unique skill at making the complex simple and easy to understand ensures a sound, workable solution design for our clients.

Mark is a seasoned veteran in the industry with 22 years of experience. His expertise has developed while holding key sales and marketing roles with leading organizations such as BI Performance Services, Carlson Marketing Group, Young America Corporation and Boomerang Marketing, an Internet-based consumer loyalty company.

Mark received Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, both from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.

Tony Burks, VP - Southeast

Tony works with clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky and Tennessee.

He has 10 years of experience in sales and solutions development with Loyaltyworks. During his tenure he has designed and implemented incentive, loyalty and recognition programs for numerous clients nationwide. Prior to Loyaltyworks, Tony has many years of client-side experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket for such companies as Walker Manufacturing, All Pro Auto Parts and Parts Plus Auto Parts, with an emphasis on developing channel loyalty programs for that sector.

Tony holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.

Bill Carroll, VP - Northeast

Bill works with clients in New York, New Jersey, New England, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.

Bill has 17 years experience with Loyaltyworks in the development, implementation and management of incentive and loyalty programs. He also possesses broad experience in distribution, manufacturing and financial services, including ten years in the investment industry with Merrill Lynch and E. F Hutton.

Bill holds a MBA from New York University, with a concentration in finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Niagara University.

Lisa Gilbertson, VP - West

Lisa works with clients in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington state, Alaska and Hawaii.

She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including the development and implementation of incentive, loyalty and recognition solutions. Lisa has worked for solution providers Citadel Motivation/S&H Citadel, Carlson Marketing Group and Development Dimensions International. Her client-side background includes positions with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Joseph Development Company, a real estate development firm.

Lisa holds a MBA, with a focus in marketing, from the University of Southern California and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication from California State University, Long Beach.

Tom Mader, VP - Midwest

Tom works with clients in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

He has 10 years of experience in sales and solutions development with Loyaltyworks. During his tenure he has designed and implemented incentive, loyalty and recognition programs for numerous clients nationwide. Prior to Loyaltyworks, Tom spent more than 30 years in sales and management roles in construction-related industries, running and operating retail and distribution centers and as a custom home builder.

Mike Sullivan, VP - Florida/Georgia

Mike works with clients in Georgia and Florida on all types of incentive and loyalty programs. He also serves as Loyaltyworks' subject matter expert on employee motivation and the impact of employee reward and recognition initiatives on business performance and profit.

Mike has 11 years of legal, planning, marketing and business development experience, working for Bass Hotels and Resorts, hSupply, McElroy, Deutsch & Mulvaney and King & Spalding. Most recently, Mike was an Account Manager for Loyaltyworks, overseeing a variety of client programs.

Mike holds a MBA with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
