Siemens put its Power Distribution Power Division loyalty program out to bid to all the major national incentive companies and we chose Loyaltyworks (LW). LW impressed us – they listen, they were the most responsive, and they have the best customer experience, the latest technology and they had the best price. This is a very complicated program with many subsets. Most companies did not have the hierarchical technical capabilities we need, or the flexibility of the promotion set-up. We have been working with Loyaltyworks for several years. The program allows our manufacturer partners to incentive on specific goals within the sales team. They manage their business more effectively by focusing our people. We have had several manufacturers come aboard over the years and each has grown sales substantially greater than others who are not participating. The sales team loves it.
The program has been very effective in helping us regain control of how our suppliers reward our sales people. It’s also eliminated the wasted time spent by our sales people trying to “participate” in all the various individual supplier programs. Our sales reps get better value and we get better sales reps……all at no cost to us.
Since partnering in 2014 we have had an amazing response to the program. Many call asking for their points and our belief on the customer front is that their wives have been the driving force due to many of the garage enrollments having been a women. As for our staff, they are only too happy to be earning a bonus for selling the promotional parts. As Harry Feitelson would say, “we are developing customer loyalty, not only with the shop owner and staff but with their extended family through the program rewards like lavish vacations or concert tickets.” With monthly supplier specials highlighting the vendors product for double and sometimes triple points, there is much to be excited about by all parties involved.
