Channel incentive programs springing up in power infrastructure industry

Power and cooling infrastructure manufacturer APC announced Wednesday that its channel partners would be eligible to participate in a rewards program through which they could obtain “adventurous excursions – like adrenalin-filled race car driving [-] or indulging in a relaxing travel package – like spending a week on a sandy, sun-drenched beach.”

The company said that its program would be open to all IT resellers of its products and official IT partners, as well as those electrical contractors that are part of APC’s Channel Partner Program.

APC vice president of marketing and sales enablement Marc Sherman said that “we truly see the value and importance that our channel partners bring to APC. Without their support, APC would not be able to supply end-users with the quality products and services that they have come to [know] and appreciate for decades.”

Sherman went on to add that “with the new program, we are not only able to provide partners with great rewards, but we offer them the tools and resources they need to succeed in the marketplace.”
