Channel partner program launched by Bocada

Data protection software provider Bocada recently launched its Bocada Partner Program – an initiative designed to give resellers and member service providers the marketing, technical and sales tools needed to enter new markets, reach new customers and increase customer satisfaction. The company is the creator of the Data Protection Service Management Model, known as the DPSM.

As part of the new enhancements, the purpose-built Bocada Prism solution will give partners access to a number of incentive benefits, including impact analysis, broad heterogeneous support and secure web-based views that provide permission-based viewing levels.

The Bocada Partner Program is an extension of the sales model already in place and spearheaded by the technology sales and marketing services company Channel Chargers. “We are delighted to be the hands-on partner that, together with Bocada, developed the tools that enable channel partners to quickly and efficiently sell data protection services to their partners,” said Channel Chargers president John Boyken.

Bocada first unveiled Prism in January of last year. At the time, the company described it as the first data protection services management solution built to drive users through its DPSM process. The goal of DPSM is to deliver data protection to both internal and external customers.
