New Edge to reward top-selling partners

Washington-based managed service provider New Edge Networks will be rewarding its top-selling sales partners for this year with a luxury travel incentive, Phone+ magazine reports.

The company’s top-performing agent partners will earn an all-inclusive President’s Club trip for two to Scottsdale, Arizona, next spring, the magazine reports. To determine the winner, the company will award one point for every dollar of revenue an agent brings in. To provide an extra incentive for agents over the second half of the year, each dollar brought in over that time period will be worth 1.5 points.

"This recognition program provides us an opportunity to personally thank those partners who meet and exceed their commitments with us, as well as their subagent partners who helped them succeed," J.R. Cook, vice president of the agent channel for New Edge Networks, told the magazine. "At the end of the day, this is a relationship business, and the time we spend with our partners celebrating our successes further strengthens that relationship."

The company has also earned a number of industry awards. In 2008, Pipeline magazine honored New Edge as the Most Innovative Competitive Carrier for distinguishing itself among the communications marketplace.
