Tandberg’s new initiatives improve partner programs and customer experiences

Video conferencing company Tandberg recently announced that it will be enhancing its enVision Partner Program. Tandberg recently expanded its market and services and hopes the new partner reward program will help bring a more specialized level of services to current and prospective clients.

Partners will benefit from company-provided modular training programs and improved operational support. Tandberg feels these features make it one of the more competitive partners in the video community.

Other upgrades to the channel incentive program include a more value-based model that rewards partners for investments in competency and generating new business. Tandberg vice president Todd Meister said that this will hopefully “empower” partners to develop specialization that will complement their video solutions.

“Even as our industry has experienced significant changes, our partners have stayed focused on Tandberg and continued to experience strong growth… We are helping to create a premium experience for customers and a sustainable business for our partners,” Meister said.

As the economy picks up, many businesses are likely considering expansion. Improving channel loyalty programs might be a good way to get partners on board with market shifts and inspire and enable them to help spur growth.
