STEVE DAMEROW
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steve is The ISI Group’s Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all functional areas and providing strategic vision for the company and its products. In a 20-year career marked by countless award-winning incentive programs, Steve has earned a reputation for formulating innovative concepts that change the industry. Steve is the founder of Loyaltyworks’ sister company, Incentive Solutions, which he continues to run. Before starting companies of his own, Steve served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for U.S. Motivation and was an accounts representative with Osborne Incentives (later becoming U.S. Motivation).

Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Berry College. He also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in International Marketing from The American Graduate School of Management (Thunderbird) and a Master’s Degree in Economics from The University of Freiburg, which is the second oldest university in Germany.

 

MARK HERBERT
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mark is a veteran of the incentive industry for over 25 years of experience, much of it in the area of business operations. Mark is  responsible for the day to day management of the ISI group of companies. Earlier in his career, Mark was Vice President of Incentives and Technology for WorldTravel Meetings & Incentives, a company delivering $60 million of incentive travel programs and meetings annually. At WorldTravel, Mark oversaw the development of technology that automated the company’s planning and meeting registration processes.

Mark is affiliated with many charitable events, most notably the distinguished clown corps, a group of Atlanta business people who donate both money and time to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for the prestigious opportunity to become a clown.  The first Saturday of December each year, the group dresses in their clown costumes and visits children throughout the Hospital.  Afterward, the group walks in the annual Children’s Healthcare Parade and gives out goodies to the children along the parade route.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.

SCOTT BEDORA
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Scott’s career in the incentives industry began with his position as Accounting Manager at WorldTravel Meetings and Incentives. He’s since held Accounting and Finance leadership positions in technology, healthcare, franchising and software development with AF Enterprises, McKesson Provider Technologies, TRX, Inc and Resources Global. In his roles, he implemented financial and operational software along with managing and developing processes to monitor and drive financial performance. He’s also experienced in mergers, acquisitions and integrating operational and administrative activities involved in transaction. Scott joined Loyaltyworks and Incentive Solutions in 2012 and oversees financial management and administrative functions of these incentive companies. He has a Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

NICHOLE GUNN
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Since starting in February of 2008 Nichole Gunn has transformed the ISI group’s marketing and communications team to be the quality producing creative backbone that the company relies on today. Nichole and her team manage and construct all of the company’s inbound and outbound marketing tactics, onsite and offsite SEO optimization, client communications and reward program branding. Mrs. Gunn began her career in incentives in 2005 at USMotivation, focusing on proposal design and messaging and creative communications.

Nichole holds a BFA, double major, from AIU Atlanta. She has studied abroad focusing on the European art, history and economics in Paris, France, London, England and Venice, Italy.

MANDY FREEMAN
DIRECTOR, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Mandy began as an Account Manager at Loyaltyworks seven years ago, but through hard work and consistently exceeding clients’ expectations, she became Director of Account Management. Her decade of experience in Account Management has involved working with a variety of industries. Prior to working at Loyaltyworks, she was a Donor Recruitment Account Manager with the American Red Cross, managing all blood drive activities and projects in her territory. She also spent several years as a Registered Dietician, providing nutritional care to clinic patients.

LUKE KREITNER
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Luke is the driver behind the strategic planning and tactical execution that yields successful programs for clients. Luke and his account managers act as the “quarterback” during the program design and development process and later provide the day-to-day, post-launch support needed for positive program performance. Prior to joining the ISI group, Luke spent seven years at Chevron Corporation in project management and marketing roles. He redesigned and managed Chevron’s $2 million employee incentive program focused on improving convenience store operations and customer service.

Luke is a Certified ROI Professional and holds a MBA from St. Mary’s College of California and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
