Affinia completes restructuring of loyalty program for Raybestos

The old Raybestos safety center program has folded as of this year, but Modern Tire Dealer Magazine reports that the chain of repair facilities will replace it with a new offering from Affinia.

Raybestos brand manager Georgianne Dickey says that “the Raybestos Rewards program will retain several of the same features as the Raybestos Safety Center Program. However, this multi-faceted loyalty program is now available completely free in the hopes of rewarding more technicians for installing Raybestos products.”

The company said that all members of the new rewards program would receive a kit containing promotional materials, including a training guide, multimedia CD, brochures, banners and posters. Additionally, access to Affinia’s tech service hotline would be included in the package.

Raybestos also noted that the restructuring of the rewards program was intended primarily to “increase participation” and “enhance brand management.”

While the recent economic troubles have taken their toll on the auto industry, savvy marketing professionals have continued to work with incentive programs to hang on to clients and maintain solid business relationships.
