Certeon updates global partner program

Massachusetts-based technology company Certeon has launched a channel sales program to help its partners provide profitable solutions in the virtualization, disaster recovery and cloud computing markets.

The program will allow the company’s partners to take advantage of technical and sales training, marketing support and deal registration tools. It will also help fuel future partner growth through lead generation, promotions, incentive programs and market development funds.

Resellers also have the opportunity to utilize Certeon’s Try and Buy program, which allows partners to try out the company’s products so they can share first-hand insights with their customers.

"Our resellers are highly receptive to the enhancements in Certeon’s channel partner program," said Oren Taylor, director at CDG, a Certeon distributor in the United Kingdom. "Certeon’s training and certification better equip them with in-depth knowledge on how to get optimal application performance improvements for their customers."

The channel program represents a major shift in the company’s growth strategy. Before the launch of the program Monday, MSPmentor reports that Certeon’s business was very heavily weighted toward direct sales.
