Channel Partners magazine names Top 50 channel programs in the country
Channel Partners magazine, the nation’s leading resource for news and analysis on alternate distribution channels in the communications industry, recently unveiled its “Top 50” in the channel incentive industry with 8×8 garnering a spot on the list.
A pioneer in developing Voice over Internet Protocol and various unified communications in a cloud-based format, 8×8 was chosen from roughly 250 nominees that make up the channel industry in the country today.
“Once again, Channel Partners readers have taken the time to recognize the programs that best support their work,” said Larry Lannon, Channel Partners’ group publisher. “Channel Partners is proud to honor these companies that set the standard for backing indirect partners selling network and IT services.”
Chosen from a pool of resellers, master agencies, carriers, and software and hardware vendors, 8×8 was awarded by the readers of Channel Partners in determining the best 50 indirect channel programs in the communications industry with more than 1,500 responses tallied from industry insiders. These industry insiders are made up of independent agents, sub agents, master agents, dealers, VARs, brokers and consultants
New Jersey-based NBS, a provider of voice, data and Internet services to a customer base that includes small businesses, residences and corporate clients, was also named to the list for its fully integrated telecom services that has been used to assist and advise agents across the country through all aspects of the sale since 1984.
“Channel Partners is proud to honor these companies that set the standard for backing indirect partners selling network and IT services.” said NBS CEO Jon Kaufman. “We are honored to again be among the Top 50 programs voted on by those in the industry. For 27 years our dealers and channel partners have been the life’s blood of this organization, and keeping them happy has always been our top priority.”
All 50 channel programs awarded with the honor will be featured in the September issue of Channel Partners magazine as well as at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo and mentioned in the online Channel Program Guide.
“Once again, Channel Partners readers have taken the time to recognize the programs that best support their work,” said Larry Lannon, Channel Partners’ group publisher.
