Corporation’s growth attributed to channel partner program

Xiotech Corporation has announced significant growth stemming from its channel partner program. The company saw channel revenues as a percentage of total revenues increase by 33 percent year-over-year from 2008 to 2009. In addition, the program added nine new partners with the Premier or Preferred designation during the first quarter of this year.

Brian Reagan, senior vice president of marketing and business development at the data storage company, said Xiotech is growing, thanks in part to its partner community. "We’re committed to enabling our partners’ success, and we will continue to engage new partner organizations to help us drive revenues in 2010 and beyond and further expand our international presence," he added.

The company has nearly 100 active partners in its Xcel Channel Partner Program, which provides partners with incentive benefits that include local field support, joint marketing technical training and lead generation.

This month, Xiotech gained notoriety by launching the first enterprise storage application available for Apple’s iPhone, ISEview. The application allows administrators to monitor the company’s storage elements remotely while receiving real-time performance data.
