USA Datanet to implement new channel partner program, will use Alteva UC Sales Certification
USA Datanet, a WVT Communications company that pioneers voice over IP and full-service telecommunications across the country, recently announced a new innovation with its channel incentive partner program.
The new program will include a Unified Communications certification training program for sales as well as other initiatives aimed to increase revenue growth and profitability while improving customer satisfaction across the board from master agents to referral partners.
“One of the advantages of selling USA Datanet’s VoIP and UC solution is that it allows the channel community to bring hosted capabilities and features to the small business community that were previously only available to larger corporations,” said Louis Hayner, chief sales officer of WVT and its wholly owned subsidiaries Alteva and USA Datanet.
The UC Sales Certification training program will be made available through Alteva, a fellow WVT subsidiary, that delivers cloud-based UC solutions across multiple platforms.
“Alteva has had great success with its channel base and we wanted to utilize Alteva’s channel experience and techniques to help USA Datanet build its channel,” Hayner said. “The move will help enhance the value of its partners by helping them learn how to position their services, expand their offerings, boost revenues and increase market share.”
Alteva recently announced plans to hold its Level 1 UC Sales Certification training course in conjunction with the Channel Partners Conference & Expo taking place in Chicago. The training course will offer a glimpse into Alteva’s recently relaunched Channel Partner Program and will provide useful information on the technical aspects of UC as well as educational tools on how to sell and position UC.
“The Channel Partners Conference & Expo is an industry event for agents, VARs, systems integrators, interconnects and consultants, that focuses on how they can transform their business to become the next generation solution providers,” Hayner said. “Since the show’s messaging is consistent with Alteva’s, it was a no brainer to hold our UC training in conjunction with the show, especially since many of our partners will be in attendance.”
Cloud-based UC solutions through Alteva will be showcased by the company’s channel managers at the expo with USA Datanet’s channel managers also planning to make an appearance at the event.
